Cherry Lim

BSIE, MBA

Cherry has extensive experience in finance, technology, telecommunications and manufacturing in China and South-East Asia. She was previously CEO of Tsing-Tech Innovations, a Hong Kong based venture and incubation fund. In the 1990s she was with Singtel in Singapore, and after that with Deutsche Telekom Asia and eGlobe in Hong Kong. Cherry has served on the board of numerous start-ups and investee companies in clean-tech and TMT. Cherry has a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from the University of South Florida, a MBA from the Chinese University of Hong Kong, and a PC in Chinese Civil & Commercial Law from Tsinghua University in Beijing.

Eugene Lam

Eugene has an extensive background in online and retail sales and marketing in Greater China and North America. In Asia he has focused on market development and run new media campaigns for several clients and investee companies. He studied communications and psychology at Ryerson University in Toronto.

Richard Clarke

BA (Hons)

Richard has diverse experience in finance and telecommunications in China and Asia-Pacific, and served as an officer and director of several investee companies. Richard holds a B.A. (Hons) from the University of British Columbia.

Robert Clarke

BA (Econ) BComm MBA

Bob Clarke has for over thirty years been involved in the start-up and funding of private and public companies in North America and Asia and has served as a director and officer of several public listed companies in the US and Canada. From 2001 to 2016 he was based in Asia and was involved in or assisted companies in Hong Kong, China and Southeast Asia. Since 2016 he has been based in Vancouver.
